Lean Startup Training for Start-ups and Early Stage Companies
Nucleus and InnovateLTC will offer our fifth training program for startups and early stage companies. We are pleased to announce that we will use the acclaimed Lean Startup methodology during the Spring 2013 session. We are very excited about utilizing this methodology and believe participating entrepreneurs will learn how to create a more successful business by proving their concept and validating product demand early on.
Make the Most of Your Start-up or Early Stage Company
Prove the concept, validate the demand. The curriculum will utilize the Lean Startup methodology, which is transforming how new products are built and launched. Entrepreneurs will learn how to implement projects based on hypotheses that are testable and how to adapt based on real-world feedback. Through this hands-on learning, ten week course that meets weekly for three hours, entrepreneurs will learn how to test their vision and adapt and adjust to create a more successful business.
Make Contacts that Build your Network for Success
What many entrepreneurs like best about our programs are the contacts they make. Our coaches are knowledgeable entrepreneurs with an in-depth understanding of growing a business. Each week will feature a presentation by a successful member of our business community, providing the opportunity to engage the local entrepreneurial community. Finally, during the weekly coaching sessions, entrepreneurs will establish productive relationships with fellow entrepreneurs just like themselves.
