Moving into a Nucleus facility means not only a state of the art base of operations, but also access to services and shared resources at little to no additional cost. The Nucleus Innovation Park Downtown - Jefferson Street

Our Jefferson Street incubator facility offers flexible space and competitive lease options to those looking for wet and dry laboratory and office space in a more intimate setting. Incubator services, including a data center and shared space and equipment, are available

The Nucleus Innovation Park Downtown - Market Street

Located in the heart of downtown Louisville, adjacent to the city's burgeoning medical community, our new 180,000 square foot, eight story building is the first in a soon-to-be four building complex consisting of shared green spaces, parking garages and easy access to downtown quality of life. The building offers state of the art adaptable spaces consisting of dry labs and office space. Available in 2012, this exciting new development will be a catalyst for economic development and innovation throughout the region.

The Nucleus Innovation Park Downtown - Broadway

This modern facility offers state of the art office and laboratory space immediately adjacent to the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Space to technology and development is also available.

The Nucleus Innovation Park - Shelby Campus

Located in a landmark Louisville location at the intersection of Shelbyville Road and Hurstbourne Parkway, our Shelby Campus location features 125,000 square feet of adaptable office space, conferencing facilities and classrooms, and is adjacent to the University of Louisville's Shelby Campus Facilities. The campus also includes a 50,000 square foot Biosafety Level 3 facility, one of only 14 in the nation, dedicated to the development of vaccines, treatments and cures for the world's most significant infectious diseases.

The Nucleus Innovation Park - Main Campus
Planned for the University of Louisville's historic main campus, this facility will leverage its connection to and location adjacent to the Speed School of Engineering and Conn Center for Renewable Energy Research to house and support innovation efforts dedicated to engineering, energy and the applied sciences.

The Nucleus Innovation Park - Owensboro, Kentucky
Nucleus has an active presence in Owensboro, Kentucky, where we aid in creating and growing health care and agricultural companies at the Centre for Business and Research at Western Kentucky University-Owensboro.

University Assets

An additional benefit of the Nucleus Innovation Parks is the ability to leverage University of Louisville equipment and facilities. Our tenants have access to the state of the art large animal surgical facility at the Cardiovascular Innovation Institute, the Rapid Prototyping Center, the multi-user Micro/Nano Technology Center cleanroom facility and other core facilities at the James Graham Brown Cancer Center and the Center for Regulatory and Environmental Analysis Metabolomics (CREAM), among others


Operations Management

"Back Office" support is often difficult for companies in their infancy. Nucleus holds an exclusive contract with a human resources management firm that can provide comprehensive HR services to our tenants at a pre-negotiated cost which is more affordable for start-up companies. In addition, Nucleus maintains relationships with numerous preferred vendors in such areas as banking, accounting, legal services and public relations, among others.
