TechCenter

The TechCenter offers flexible space and competitive lease options to those looking for wet and dry laboratory and office space in a more intimate setting. A shared laboratory, incubator services, including a data center, and several conference rooms are available to tenants.

Atria Support Center at The Nucleus

Located in the heart of downtown Louisville, adjacent to the city's burgeoning medical community, our new 180,000 square foot, eight story building is the first in a soon-to-be four building complex consisting of shared green spaces, parking garages and easy access to downtown quality of life. The building offers state of the art adaptable spaces consisting of dry labs and office space. Already almost fully leased, this exciting new development will be a catalyst for economic development and innovation throughout the region.

iHub

 

The iHub, our co-working and co-meeting space for very early stage companies, continues to be well used and features two conference rooms, common office equipment and free coffee. Code Louisville, Open Coffee, SBIR Connect, Open Hack and Open Office Hours are a few of the groups routinely using the iHub.

Nucleus has an active presence in Owensboro, Kentucky, where we aid in creating and growing health care and agricultural companies at the Centre for Business and Research at Western Kentucky University-Owensboro.

University Assets

An additional benefit of the Nucleus Innovation Parks is the ability to leverage University of Louisville equipment and facilities. Our tenants have access to the state of the art large animal surgical facility at the Cardiovascular Innovation Institute, the Rapid Prototyping Center, the multi-user Micro/Nano Technology Center cleanroom facility and other core facilities at the James Graham Brown Cancer Center and the Center for Regulatory and Environmental Analysis Metabolomics (CREAM), among others


Operations Management

"Back Office" support is often difficult for companies in their infancy. Nucleus holds an exclusive contract with a human resources management firm that can provide comprehensive HR services to our tenants at a pre-negotiated cost which is more affordable for start-up companies. In addition, Nucleus maintains relationships with numerous preferred vendors in a broad spectrum of  areas including banking, accounting, legal services, public relations, marketing, and product development, among others.
